
- There are times of the day that you may need to be more fluent. These are the moments when you use up a lot of energy. The rest of the day, and especially when you are with "safe people" you should not try to "not stutter". If you know you have a speaking engagement whether it is briefing, teaching a class, or any other type of public speaking you should save your energy for that moment. After you do your "thing" you can automatically revert back to the "good old stutterer". Know when you need to try the hardest and know when you absolutely don't need it. Using you energy appropriately will get you through the day.
